Come to the first of our Social Media theme series and learn about social media and its application in organizations. See what IBM is doing as well as ways we can get started incorporating Social Media tools into our practice as learning professionals.

Explore:

· The underlying concepts found in social media

· Social media’s relation to the larger learning ecosystem

· A variety of social tools used in the workplace

· How IBM uses social media internally to boost employee productivity (interactive demo)

· The value social media tools have in our work and beyond our current practices

· How you can start using social media at work

· How organizations can begin the transition and baby steps to do this?
